Randy is a Speech-Language Pathologist at our Kempsville clinic in Virginia Beach. He received a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology in 2004 from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Randy has over 10 years experience treating both adult and pediatric patients.Randy has worked with adult patients who are experiencing difficulties with aphasia, speech, language, comprehension, and memory, resulting from stroke, head injury, Parkinson’s and other neurological diseases. Randy also has experience treating patients experiencing voice problems due to overuse, as well as those with swallowing difficulties. He has experience evaluating and treating non-verbal patients requiring speech-generating electronic devices (Augmentative-Assistive Communication) to communicate. Randy also enjoys treating pre-school and school-age children requiring therapy for speech articulation and intelligibility, stuttering, language delays, autism, and social language disorders.
