Getting out of bed on some days is much harder than others. One of the most common complaints in the morning, particularly among those of us who are over 40 years old, is lower back pain. We also know the physical and mental toll morning back pain can have throughout the day, so we’ve compiled our five favorite exercises for morning back pain for you to try the next time you wake up with stiffness and pain.
