Located near the US Postal Service, on the corner of Patrick Henry Dr. and Turnberry Blvd., the Denbigh, Newport News clinic specializes in various forms of physical therapy including pre and post-surgery treatments, total joint replacement treatment and even Workers’ Compensation programs.

At Southeastern Physical Therapy, we go out of our way to make your physical rehabilitation and recovery a great experience.

It’s OK if you don’t have a prescription – we’ll provide you with a complimentary injury screening or refer you to a great physician, if necessary. We’ll also do everything in our power to accommodate your busy schedule – including getting you in for your appointment within 24 hours. Whether you need physical therapy, soft tissue mobilization, vertigo treatment, or any of our other treatments or programs, we’re here for you. Our friendly Denbigh, Newport News staff is happy to walk you through the necessary paperwork and assist in any way possible, including insurance questions and scheduling. We’ll even call your insurance company for you to help you understand your benefits. The Southeastern Physical Therapy team has partnered with Ivy Rehab in their joint mission to offer more services and an exceptional patient experience. Amanda Jetty
Amanda Jetty is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Clinic Director at the Denbigh location of Southeastern Physical Therapy. She is an Upstate New York native. She graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Buffalo with a B.A. in anthropology in 2007 and summa cum laude with her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in 2011. 
Since graduating, she has worked in general orthopedic and geriatric outpatient physical therapy. She is able to evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic conditions including but not limited to chronic pain, spinal dysfunction, headaches, pre-operative, post-operative and post-injury for all ages. She became certified in functional dry needling through KinetaCore in 2014. She had also expanded her knowledge of manual techniques through additional continuing education coursework. 
Her goal as a physical therapist is to provide individualized care utilizing a combination of manual techniques, postural re-training, neuromuscular therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, kinesiotaping and dry needling to return the patient to their highest level of function and wellbeing. 
She is passionate about education and is excited to continue to develop her treatment techniques with special emphasis on manual techniques, spinal dysfunction, and chronic pain management.
